The Dodge Challenger – an eyecatcher, not only in the movies. Dominic
Tiroch’s 2017 Dodge Challenger is a thrilling sight in its retro
outfit, not only for automobile aficionados but also on the streets
where it draws plenty of admirable looks. It is common knowledge for car racing fans that the Dodge Challenger successfully took part in the Trans-Am Series. In memory of those times and in order to get the proper vintage look, even the logo of the Automobile Sports Club America (SCCA) has been painted to match. The racing car character is rounded off by the original Challenger’s typically black applications. Below the paint, the retro look is optimized using original replica parts: The Challenger’s rear is equipped with a new ducktail spoiler and the front features a faithful reproduction of a Mopar Pack spoiler lip. Despite the old-school design this is no yesterday’s deal, because the Dodge harbours state-of-the-art technical know-how. DTR-Spezial has lent a hand, too. This has resulted not only in an awesome design but a lot has happened in terms of vehicle dynamics. Coilovers by Megan Racing USA featuring a 32-times rebound and compression stage keeps the vintage racer on track. Quality – power – sound: That’s what Magnaflow stands for and that’s why the new stainless-steel exhaust gas system is the perfect companion for the Dodge. To ensure that the engine will not start gasping for air, an airbox filter system by K&N keeps the engine free of dust and dirt. The entire package may make one or two fans gasp for air though. This is also partly due to the choice of rim, as no other than the DOTZ Revvo can add that kind of shine to the Challenger. The exceptional cross-spoke design appears both light and aggressive, enhancing the concept of the muscle car. Visually and technically, the DOTZ Revvo lifts the Challenger to a completely new level, conveying pure racing flair. DOTZ Revvo and Dodge Challenger – a revolution made of modern design and vintage chic. May be
